I’m Kristen.

From postpartum doula services to wellness coaching, I am here to help women and families take charge of their postpartum recovery and overall wellness.

Whether I am working in the postpartum role, or the wellness coaching role, my approach is to look at each person individually and meet them exactly where they are. Just like a snowflake, each individual is unique.  

Ways To Work With Me

  • True Doula

    A postpartum doula provides parents with physical, emotional, and informational support as the whole family eases into the transition of adding a new baby into the home environment.

  • Health Coach

    I am a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach whose main goal is to guide clients to reach their health and wellness goals. I take a holistic approach to explore your health, facilitating behavior and lifestyle change that can be sustained for the long-term.

  • Aromatherapy

    Essential oils serve as Mother Nature’s pharmacy, offering plant medicine for spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. Aromatherapy gives people a chance to connect with nature and become masters of their own health.
