POSTPARTUM doula
Guiding you through new motherhood, parenthood, and the beginning stages of newborn life.
The postpartum doula’s role is to support every member of the family, including parents, siblings and baby.
Holistic Postpartum Support
Postpartum doulas help to “mother the mother” during the first 12 weeks after childbirth.
My intention is to support families by creating a personalized plan that meets the families specific needs as they embark on the journey of parenthood .

Light meal preparation for the family
Connecting and referring families to local resources as needed
Help with baby’s laundry and if desired, assist with the organization of the nursery – changing and feeding areas

All my services are completely customizable to the needs of you and your family.
My postpartum care offers support in your home, adding peace of mind to help you tackle your new role with confidence and ease. The postpartum doula:
Provides professional, evidence based postpartum care for ALL family members

A postpartum doula does NOT:

Give advice or feedback on how parents should be caring for their newborn
Provide housekeeping
